Albert Lopez is responsible for directing the activities of the company including creating the long-term vision, managing client relations, overseeing market strategies, acquisitions & operations of storage facilities. 

Albert’s broad commercial and residential real estate experience spans over 25 years and includes leasing, investment sales, marketing, client relations, landlord and tenant representation. This involved the leasing and sale of retail properties in SoCal’s Inland Empire, including strip centers, anchored shopping centers, and freestanding owner/user opportunities. He was also actively involved in land and property acquisitions for one of the region’s leading express car wash developers.

Albert provides service with a straightforward approach that ensures transparency through the acquisition process and what it will take do get a transaction across the finish line. He has found that his approach creates results and allows to react quickly to market conditions causing to preserve existing income stream while growing a commercial real estate portfolio.

Having been involved in the owner user acquisitions of express car wash, restaurants, and auto repair shop’s this propelled Albert to actively invest and operate self-storage facilities.
Albert graduated from the University of La Verne earning both his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and an MBA in Leadership and Management. On his time off Albert enjoys the outdoors and camping with his wife and three furry pups.
